BULK ORDER F.A.Q.

What is the minimum order quantity for a Group Order?

Our minimum order quantity is typically 48 pieces. Due to a high demand in our services, we are required to adhere to this minimum to ensure all of our clients get the proper service that they deserve.

How much does shipping cost for a custom Group Order?

The cost for shipping your group order is worked into the pricing of the shirt, so you don’t have to worry about paying an extra fees unless it is a rush order.

I don’t see any products for my group/organization. Can we still request an order?

Absolutely. Submit a design request and we will make sure to take care of you and your group.

Are Frostees Apparel products available in stores?

All of our products are sold exclusively by us.

What is the standard turnaround time for a custom Group Order?

We are the fastest apparel provider in the U.S. Other companies can say otherwise but we adhere to a 5 business day turnaround time unless it is the holiday season + the standard shipping time unless a rush delivery is paid for.

What if I need my shirts faster than 5 business days?

Certain conditions apply but there is a 25% of your total invoice will be added for anything under 5 business days.

Do you donate/sponsor for philanthropic events?

Yes we do. Please contact us to discuss your requirements in detail.

What is a Tilt Campaign Product?

This is a pre-sale order that is made to order and is usually only available for a limited time. Most of clients use a 7 day ordering period. If the pre-sale does not reach the minimum goal, the order is not put into production. The product page will contain all information about estimated ship dates and delivery of the product. The item will be delivered within 7-10 business days after the campaign has ended, which includes shipping.

When will my order ship?

For pre-sale campaign products, the estimated ship date will display on the product page. Pre-sale items take longer to ship because they do not go into production until the campaign has ended. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with information to track your package.

Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?

That’s a fantastic question and one that many in our industry get. Sometimes there can be minor delays due to production or logistics but we will work hard to correct any issue that may arise.

How do I cancel my order?

You can only cancel your order on a pre-sale campaign product if the campaign hasn’t ended yet. If the campaign has ended, we can not cancel or issue a refund on your order. If it’s a Bulk order, you may cancel as long as you have not paid yet.

How do I change my shipping address?

How do I return my order?

Pre-sale items cannot be returned. All sales are final because they are custom made for each client for a specific occasion. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us and we will do our best to take care of you.

My order is damaged, what should I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment with a photo of your product so it can be taken care of. If the damage is not reported within 48 hours of receiving the product, then we will not honor your claim.
